Gladiators both Basel is an American football club in Basel that was founded in 2000 and resulted from the merger of the Basilisk Meanmachine and the Pratteln Gladiators.
After relegation to League B in 2008, the direct return to the NLA could be realized a year later. In the League B final, the Gladiators of both Basel won against Bienna Jets with 42:14.
The Gladiators achieved their first and so far only win in the Swiss championship in 2014. In the 2017 season they were able to move into the Swiss Bowl for the last time, but lost there significantly with 6:42 against the Calanda Broncos .
