history

At the end of October 2009, the city ports of Hanover ordered a four-axle diesel-hydraulic locomotive with an output of 1,800 kW, equipped with an exhaust particle filter and TEIV approval from Gmeinder.

On March 25, 2011 the locomotive was tested on the SWEG route Neckarbischofsheim-Nord - Hüffenhardt . On April 1 and 3, 2011, the locomotive was transferred to Austria, where running and braking test drives and sound measurements in accordance with TSI- Noise were carried out as part of the approval process until the beginning of June . Further measurement runs were carried out in September 2011 on the Prignitz Railway and between November 2011 and January 2012 on the Deutsche Bahn tracks around Mosbach.

After the insolvency of Gmeinder Lokomotivenfabrik GmbH, the city ports of Hanover withdrew from the purchase agreement and the approval process could not be completed. At the end of 2013, the locomotive was taken over by Gmeinder Lokomotiven GmbH from the bankruptcy estate. In 2014 the locomotive was sold to the Swiss construction company C. Vanoli AG . For this it was painted yellow.
