Golec uOrkiestra is a Polish band elements of traditional folk music of Carpathians with those of jazz , rock and pop combined.
Career
It was founded in 1998 by the twins Paweł and Łukasz Golec (* 1975), who both received classical music training in Poland and also studied jazz in the USA. In 1999 the band received a Fryderyk for the best Polish debut of the year. Since then, numerous CDs have been made and a number of tours have taken place.
