incident
In July 2006, a 45-year-old man died while driving on Goliath after having a heart attack . When the train reached the station he was already unconscious. An autopsy found the man had a congenital heart disease and it was expected that the coroner would cite natural death as the cause. Goliath was closed for inspection for two hours but no errors were found.
