The Goodman Hills are a group of hills on the Oates coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . They tower over a length of 15 km between the Paternostro Glacier and the Tomilin Glacier south of Cape Kinsey .

The area was mapped using United States Geological Survey and United States Navy aerial photographs between 1960 and 1963. The hills are named after Kelsey B. Goodman, planning officer on the command staff of the US Navy Support Associations in Antarctica between 1969 and 1972, a member of the Department of Polar Regions of the US Department of Defense from 1972 to 1974 and a member of the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names and des United States Board on Geographic Names from 1973 to 1976.
