The Paternostro Glacier is an approximately 18 km long glacier in the Wilson Hills in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows between the Cook Ridge and the Goodman Hills in the eastern part of Davies Bay on the Oates Coast .

The area was mapped by surveying work by the United States Geological Survey and using aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1960 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the glacier in 1970 after Lieutenant Joseph LA Paternostro of the US Navy Reserve Forces, navigator of an LC -130F as part of Operation Deep Freeze from 1967 to 1968.
