Gotthard VI. from Höveln
Gotthard VI. von Höveln (* 1595 in Lübeck ; † November 29, 1655 ibid) was councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.
Life
Gotthard von Höveln was a nephew of the mayor of Lübeck, Gotthard von Höveln, who died in 1609 . In 1633 he was elected councilor to the Lübeck council and from 1643 to 1648 he was the city's treasurer.
Höveln was married to the widow of the Lübeck councilor Bernhard Wedemhof . After his death in 1658 his heirs placed an epitaph with a coat of arms, a baroque portrait and an inscription in the Marienkirche in Lübeck , which has not been preserved.
