Gottlob Fauth (born October 25, 1880 in Pfaffenhofen , Neckarkkreis , † December 2, 1938 in Mallnow ) was a German blacksmith and Bremen politician ( SPD ).
biography
Fauth was the son of a self-employed miller. He attended elementary school, learned the trade of a blacksmith and then worked as a file cutter . In 1919 he became an employee of the metal workers' association in Bremen
politics
Fauth became a member of the SPD and the union. In 1914 he was given the job of SPD district leader in Bremen.
After the First World War he was a member of the Bremen National Assembly in 1919/1920 and a member of the Bremen citizenship from 1920 to 1924 . From March 1919 to 1933 he was district party secretary for the SPD district of Hamburg-Nordwest based in Bremen.
