Gottrazhofen is a suburb of Christazhofen , a district of the municipality of Argenbühl in the district of Ravensburg in Baden-Württemberg .
geography
The hamlet is located on a loop of the Untere Argen , which flows past in the west, just under two kilometers southwest of Christazhofen. In the north, the Tobelbach touches the place before it flows into the Untere Argen. Gottrazhofen is crossed by the L320 state road. It leads to the L 265 running west.
Gottrazhofen also includes the Auf der Staig, Altbuch, Gschwend and Riesers residential areas.
Worth seeing
- Marienkapelle Gottrazhofen: The neo-Gothic chapel was built in 1861/62 instead of a broken wooden chapel.
- Gottrazhofen hydropower plant, built in 1925. An underground pressure line coming from the Argen reservoir supplies three Francis turbines .
- Hammerschmiede, first mentioned in 1602, still in operation today
