Christazhofen is a village in the municipality of Argenbühl in the Ravensburg district in Baden-Württemberg in the Allgäu in Württemberg .

location
The village is 6.5 km northwest of Isny and, due to its open location, offers a wide panoramic view of the hilly foothills of the Alps . In the village the L 265 joins the L 320 . The A 96 runs 5 km to the west .

history
On January 1, 1972, Christazhofen was merged with five other municipalities to form the new municipality of Argenbühl as part of the municipality reform .

The almost 1000 inhabitants of the agriculturally structured village make up about 15% of the population of the entire municipality.

There is a church choir, a music club, the Catholic rural youth and a sports club.
Worth seeing
In Christazhofen there is the parish church of St. Mauritius with its old high altar and the architecturally attractive new building of the elementary school with gym and festival hall, in Enkenhofen the parish church of St. Laurentius , in Gottrazhofen the hammer mill.
