style

In the band biography on gronholmband.com , David Gilmour , Pink Floyd , Rush , Alice Cooper and Billy Idol are named as influences. Baphomet from stormbringer.at wrote in his review of Eyewitness of Life that the album is suitable for fans of "normal" metal as well as for progressive metal fans who like dream theater . the music remains clearly structured and is quite straightforward. Shylock from metalglory.com also assigned the album to progressive metal, with songs like Fate and Belief or You and Me from Queensrÿche or Rush being used. The "tinkling" is kept within limits, rather emphasis is placed on good melodies and dynamic riffs . Even Silent Out Loud is loud Ian Johnson of rocktopia.co.uk attributable to the progressive metal, the album was counterintuitive for him. In addition to intense progressive metal, there are also electric guitars that are reminiscent of Black Sabbath or Thin Lizzy and there are also traces of melodic rock at times. For Matt Coe, the band plays melodic progressive metal on the album, which in terms of songwriting and performance does not come close to a band like Tarot . He described the singing as expressive.
