History and description
The Wilhelminian style building is a two-storey structure in small-town proportions with four window axes .
Notable details are:
- Middle dwarf house with framing narrow gable roof dormers
- far protruding dormer roofs
- Relief decorations in the dormer gables
- the end boards of the eaves are handcrafted sawn
- the balcony on the first floor has a wrought iron railing and sheet metal lambrequins as a balcony end
- a ceiling painting on the first floor in oil
- an imitation wooden ceiling with coffered ornament framing and romantic landscape motifs and fruit hangings with ribbon bows
Today the building houses the coffee house and apartments.
Monument protection
For architectural and city history reasons, the building is a cultural monument .
