The Green nude back flying fox ( greenish naked-backed fruit bat ) is a Flughundart from the genus of dobsonia ( Dobsonia ) located on the island of Ambon , the Banda Islands , Buru , Seram , the Kai Islands and Mangole in the Moluccas ( Indonesia occurs). On the Tanimbarinseln lives a previously undescribed closely related species. The Green nude inverted dog belongs together with the New Britain-nude back flying fox ( Dobonia praedatrix ) and Halmahera-nude back flying fox ( Dobsonia crenulata ) for Dobsonia-viridis-species complex within the genus Dobsonia . As with other species of this genus, the fur is greenish in color. The head-trunk length is 154.8 to 176.0 millimeters, the tail length 23.1 to 38.8 millimeters, the forearm length 110.4 to 118.6 millimeters, the shin length 51.7 to 57.2 millimeters, the Ears length 21.5 to 25.5 millimeters. The weight is between 173 and 229 grams.
