description

The burial mound probably dates from the Bronze Age . The hill has a uniform crest with a flat edge and a diameter of approx. 17 m. The height is about 50-60 cm. The burial mound, presumably around two meters high, is now barely visible due to its low height and is overgrown with alder and spruce trees. On its western edge there is a boulder with a diameter of 1 meter. The hill was marked by a sign from the “State Office for Prehistory and Early History of Schleswig-Holstein”.

The burial mound is recognized by the State Office for Prehistory and Early History of Schleswig-Holstein (LVF) as an archaeological ground monument and is a listed building .
