The Archaeological State Office Schleswig-Holstein (ALSH; formerly State Office for Prehistory and Early History , LVF) is the upper monument protection authority of the federal state Schleswig-Holstein .

Its task is the archaeological preservation as well as the research, protection and preservation of the cultural heritage. The headquarters of the authority is the manor house called Schloss Annettenhöh ( 54 ° 30 ′ 22 ″  N , 9 ° 31 ′ 29 ″  E ) in Schleswig , another branch ( 54 ° 4 ′ 4 ″  N , 9 ° 59 ′ 5 ″  E ) is located in Neumünster .

The head of the Schleswig-Holstein State Archaeological Office is Ulf Ickerodt .
