Grace Hightower
Grace Hightower (born April 7, 1955 ) is an American actress and former model .
Life
Hightower first worked as a flight attendant for the airline TWA , where she was discovered in 1980 by two employees of the New York department store Saks and henceforth worked as a model.
Hightower met Robert De Niro in 1987 in London . The couple married in 1997 and their son was born a year later. In 1999 De Niro applied for a divorce, but it was never legally enforced. In November 2004, the couple renewed their vows. In December 2011, Hightower and De Niro became parents again by means of a paid pregnancy by an unnamed woman. In November 2018, De Niro confirmed the split from Hightower.
Hightower took on smaller roles in Lee Daniels ' films Precious (2009) and The Paperboy . She also contributed the song Somethin's Comin 'My Way for the soundtrack for Precious .
