Grando

Grando ( Latin : hail ) is a white wine variety whose approval process was canceled due to breeding deficiencies. The parents of this new breed are Riesling , Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau. The crossing took place at the Bavarian State Institute for Viticulture in Veitshöchheim near Würzburg . The Grando grape has no oenological significance.
