Grassy Ridge is a small mountain ridge in the Appalachian Mountains in Rockbridge County in the US state of Virginia . It is located 6 kilometers northeast of Lexington , about half a kilometer east of US Highway 11 . The Warm Run runs in the eastern valley . Its height according to GNIS is 419 meters.
