Great Scott (moon rocks)

Great Scott , scientifically also known as Lunar Sample 15555 , is a lunar rock made of basalt that was discovered during the Apollo 15 mission and taken to Earth. It was named after its finder, the astronaut David Scott . Before it was broken down, the moonstone was the heaviest of all the stones collected by Apollo 15 at 9.614 kilograms. According to NASA, it crystallized around 3.3 billion years ago.
