Greg Marcks (2009)

Greg Marcks (born August 12, 1976 in Concord , Massachusetts ) is an American filmmaker. He made his feature film debut with the thriller 11:14 . The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2003 and was shown nationwide in Germany on September 1, 2005.

Marcks studied creative writing at Carnegie Mellon University and directing at Florida State University Film School. He lives and works in Los Angeles .

His short films have been shown at more than 50 international festivals and have received several awards. Of these, the 2001 Student Oscar (for his short film Lector ) is certainly the most notable.

In 2009 he made the film The Echelon Conspiracy .
