Greschmühle

Greschmühle (formerly Clausmühle ), in Lower Sorbian Grěšowy Młyn , is a residential area in the municipality of Neupetershain in the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district in the south of Brandenburg . The settlement belongs to the Altdöbern office and until 1926 belonged to the Geisendorf community .

The Greschmühle is located in Niederlausitz , about 17 kilometers northeast of Senftenberg and 18 kilometers southwest of Cottbus . The Greschmühle was first mentioned in a document in 1503 under the name Clausmühle . Around 1840 the Greschmühle had seven inhabitants and was used as a water mill . Until January 1, 1926, the Greschmühle belonged to the municipality of Geisendorf, which was then incorporated into Neupetershain.
