Greysia Polii (born August 11, 1987 in Jakarta ) is an Indonesian badminton player .

Career

Greysia Polii won the individual championships in women's doubles in Indonesia in 2003. Two years later she won bronze at the Asian Cup and silver at the Southeast Asian Games . In 2006 she won the Philippines Open . In 2007 there was again silver at the Southeast Asian Games . At the 2012 Olympic Games , she and her partner Meiliana Jauhari were disqualified from the Games by the World Federation for match-fixing. In the last group game, the two clearly did not show the will to want to win the game, as they would have met supposedly weaker opponents if they were defeated in the subsequent knockout round.
