The Große Selberg is a mountain with a height of 275.4 m above sea level. NN in Vlotho . The mountain is located in the east of the district Valdorf . It is one of the five highest mountains in the Herford district . Naturally, it belongs to the Weser Uplands and the Lipper Mountains . Directly east of the Großer Selberg is the somewhat lower Kleine Selberg . To the northeast lies the Eiberg .
The Great Selberg is located in the large-scale landscape conservation area Lipper Bergland (3818-0020 LSG) of Herford. Which lies on the west side of the mountain Schneider stone , one as a natural monument designated boulder .
