The building was erected as part of a group of three houses that are related to one another in terms of formal design. It is designed as a two-storey plastered building on a star-shaped floor plan in the forms of Cubist Expressionism .

The horizontal structure is limited to a slightly detached basement. The building is accessed from the left side axis . A single flight of stairs leads to the house entrance, which has just been cut into the wall surface. The windows are designed as rectangles of different formats and arranged in a varying arrangement. The central-axial, acute-angled building design shows a window on each floor and on each side of the wall, whereby those on the upper floor are formulated smaller.

In the flat wall surface on the right and left flanking on both floors a narrow vertical rectangular window in a staggered arrangement. On the side fronts on each floor there is a single window as a transverse rectangle. A tent roof closes the building over a slightly protruding eaves cornice .
