The large stone grave Wingst is a burial complex of the Neolithic funnel cup culture near the community Wingst in the district of Cuxhaven in Lower Saxony . It is designated as a cultural monument (KD) and bears the Sprockhoff number  644.

Geographical location

The grave lies in the forest of the Wingst ridge , west-north-west of Dobrock and north-west of Weißenmoor - both districts of Wingst. In several other places in this forest there were earlier other large stone graves of unknown numbers.

The complex has an approximately west-east oriented burial chamber with a width of 1.3 m; the length cannot be determined exactly. The western end stone and, seen from the west, the first and second wall stone of the northern and the first and third wall stone of the southern long wall are still preserved in situ . The western capstone still rests in its original position. The following rests with one end on the northern wall stone, the southern end rests on the chamber floor. The eastern end of the burial chamber has not been preserved. To the southeast of the third wall stone on the south side, there is another stone that cannot be clearly assigned.
