Gromada Świerklany

The Gromada Świerklany was an administrative unit in the People's Republic of Poland between 1954 and 1972. Maintained was the Gromada from Gromadzka Rada Narodowa whose head office is in Świerklany was and consisted of 27 members.
The Gromada Świerklany belonged to the Powiat Rybnicki in the Katowice Voivodeship ( then Stalinogród ) and consisted of two Sołectwa , the former Gromadas Świerklany Dolne and Świerklany Górne of the dissolved Gmina Jankowice Rybnickie .
The Gromada Świerklany existed until December 31, 1972.
