Groppello is a family of grape varieties from Italy .

The varieties belong to the family:

Groppello Gentile : it is grown almost exclusively on the west bank of Lake Garda in the Lombardy region and is the main variety in the local DOC wine Riviera del Garda Bresciano .
Groppello Bianco , a white variety from the Veneto region .
Groppello di Mocasina , a red variety from the province of Brescia in Lombardy
Groppello di Santo Stefano , a rare red variety from the province of Brescia in Lombardy
