The Grove Mountains (sometimes referred to as the Grove Nunatakker ) are a large and dispersed group of mountains and nunatakkers in Princess Elizabeth Land, East Antarctica . They are distributed 160 km east of the Mawson Escarpment in a north-northeast-south-southwest orientation over an area of 85 km in length and 57 km in width. At the northern end of the Grove Mountains, the Vukovich Peaks rise from a rocky outcrop.

The first aerial photographs of the mountains were taken during the US operation Highjump (1946–1947). The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named them on July 22, 1959 after Ivan Laurance Grove (* 1930), squadron leader in the Royal Australian Air Force , who successfully landed in these mountains in November 1958.
