Gry Bay

Gry Wernberg Bay (born August 15, 1974 in Frederiksberg , Copenhagen ) is a Danish actress and singer . In Germany she was mainly recognized by her roles in the Dr. Monika Lindt - pediatrician, lover, mother and the film All About Anna (2005) known.

Life

Bay studied drama at the University of Copenhagen and wrote her thesis on William Shakespeare . She achieved her resounding success with a recurring role in the German RTL series Dr. Monika Lindt - pediatrician, lover, mother . In the Danish film business, Bay got her first role in the hip-hop comedy Slim Slam Slum , for which she also composed several songs.

She became known nationwide for her title role in the erotic comedy All About Anna , which was produced by Zentropa and Innocent Pictures . Since then, she has worked in the films Betonherzen and Grønne Hjerter , among others .

She was also the singer in the band Crispy (also called XPY) and toured the world as a member of the American band Kid Creole and the Coconuts .

In October 2003 the readers of M! Gry Bay among the 100 sexiest women in the world. In July 2004 the readers of the men's magazine FHM voted her among the 100 sexiest women in the world.
