Guapirama (officially Município de Guapirama ) is a small town in the Brazilian state of Paraná . According to the 2010 census, the city had 3,891 inhabitants, who are called Guapiramens ( Portuguese guapiramense ).

Guapirama received city rights in 1964.

In the local elections in 2012 Pedro de Oliveira (was PMDB ) elected to succeed Eduí Gonçalves (PMDB) to the city prefect of Guapirama.
