Guillaume du Pré

Guillaume du Pré (also: Williaume Dupré , * in the 13th or 14th century; † in the 14th century) was a 14th century in France active carver .

life and work

In 1323, Guillaume du Pré was involved in the construction of the portal of the chapter house of the Charterhouse of Gosnay in Artois , where he was referred to as "tailleur de coutel". From 1322 to 1324 he worked together with the sculptor Jean de Saint-Omer at the Poor Clare Monastery in Saint-Omer.
