Gustav Ludwig August Fleischauer

Gustav Ludwig August Fleischauer (born November 26, 1819 in Berlin , † April 9, 1891 in Leipzig ) was President of the Senate at the Reich Court and Judge at the Reich Higher Commercial Court .

Life

He passed his A- levels at the Berlinisches Gymnasium zum Grauen Kloster in 1838. He got a doctorate. His swearing-in on the Prussian sovereign took place in 1841. In 1845 he became senior court assessor. In 1850 he was appointed district judge in Aschersleben. In 1855 he was transferred to the district court in Halberstadt. In 1858 he became an appellate judge in Magdeburg. In 1870 he came to the Reich Higher Commercial Court. In 1879 he transferred to the imperial court. At first he was chairman of the first auxiliary senate . In 1883 he came to the 5th Civil Senate of the Imperial Court . In 1884 he became its Senate President. He died in office.
