Gustav Starzmann

Gustav Starzmann (born September 19, 1944 in Bad Reichenhall ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Starzmann attended the secondary school in Bad Reichenhall, where he graduated from high school in 1963. He studied geodesy at the Technical University of Munich and graduated with a degree in engineering. This was followed by traineeship training for the higher civil service as a surveyor and land clearing engineer and the major state examination in 1971. From 1971 to 1982 he worked at the Bavarian Land Surveying Office and the Traunstein Land Surveying Office, among others , and then as a lecturer in geodetic computing at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich .

In 1966 Starzmann became a member of the SPD. He sat in the Bavarian State Parliament from 1982 to 2003 .
