Gustav Zimmermann (born October 1, 1882 in Nagold ; † May 26, 1970 in Tuttlingen ) was mayor of Tuttlingen in April and May 1945 .

With the liberation of Tuttlingen by French troops on April 21, 1945, the French deposed the previous mayor, Max Haug , and the Sparkasse director Gustav Zimmermann as mayor. On May 23, 1945, two telephone lines in Tuttlingen were cut, which Zimmermann was blamed for. The French then deposed him. Franz Heinkele was appointed as his successor .
