Julius Schad

Julius Friederich Walter Schad (born February 4, 1824 in Biberach an der Riss ; † May 22, 1900 ) was a Württemberg local politician and from 1866 to 1876 the town's schoolteacher of Tuttlingen .

Schad came from a rentier's family and worked as a Tuttling clerk before he was elected mayor . In 1866 he was elected to the city school. In 1876 he resigned from this office and then worked as a senior official in Tuttlingen . During Schad's tenure as mayor, Tuttlingen's connection to the railroad fell in 1869.
