Guundie Kuchling

Guundie Kuchling (born 1952 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian - Australian writer and artist . She has published numerous illustrated children's books on environmental issues.

biography

Guundie Kuchling was born in Salzburg. In 1980 she completed her studies at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna . Then she built an organic farm and taught art and craft education at a high school . She made exhibitions with prints , sculptures and drawings and was active as a writer. In 1985 she met the herpetologist Gerald Kuchling and moved to Madagascar . She has lived in Australia since 1987 .
