The Hôtel de Marisy in Troyes , the administrative seat of the Aube department in the Grand Est region , was built around 1532. The Hôtel particulier at number 9 Rue Charbonnet (on the corner with Rue des Quinze-vingt) has been classified as a Monument historique since 1862 .

history

The city palace was built for Claude de Marisy, a former mayor of the city, after the great city fire in 1524. The house in the Renaissance style has a richly decorated corner bay .
