The HC Keski-Uusimaa is a former Finnish ice hockey team from Kerava . The team played in the Mestis between 2012 and 2014 and played their home games in the Keravan jäähalli .

history

The team rose in the 2005/06 season in the third class Suomi-sarja . In this she was able to establish herself straight away before she achieved promotion to the second-class Mestis in the 2011/12 season.

Women's team

The women's team took part in the Naisten SM-sarja , the highest Finnish women's ice hockey league, for several years . After third place in 1986/87 and the silver medal in 1990/91 , 1991/92 and 1992/93 , the Shakers won the championship in 1993/94 , 1994/95 and 1995/96 . In the following year , silver was won again.
