The planet was determined using the radial velocity method by Nuno C. Santos et al. discovered in 2007 .
Circulation and mass
The planet orbits its star at a distance of approx. 1.29 astronomical units and has a mass of approx. 581.8 Earth masses or 1.83 Jupiter masses.
