HD 37124 d is an exoplanet that orbits the yellow dwarf HD 37124 every 843.59998 days . Due to its high mass , it is assumed that it is a gas planet .

discovery

The planet was captured using the radial velocity method by Geoffrey Marcy et al. discovered in 2005 .

Circulation and mass

The planet orbits its star at a distance of approx. 1.64 astronomical units with an eccentricity of 0.14 and has a mass of approx. 198.4 earth masses or 0.624 Jupiter masses.
