IUVENTA Michalovce is a Slovak women's handball club from the eastern Slovak city of Michalovce .
The women played from the 1993/94 to 1996/97 season and, after a one-year break, also in the 1998/99 to 2001/02 seasons in the 1st Slovakian league. In 2002 the joint Czech-Slovak league, officially named Women Handball International League (excluding WHIL or Interliga), was established and Iuventa Michalovce has been playing in this competition every year since then. Iuventa was seven times champion of Slovakia (2002/03, 2005/06, 2006/07, 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14). Iuventa also won the Slovak Cup in the 2002/03, 2007/08, 2010/11, 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons.
The women of Iuventa have been playing in European cups since the 2003/04 season. In 2003/04 , 2006/07 , 2007/08 , 2011/12 and 2012/13 they played in the qualifying rounds of the EHF Women's Champions League .
