Since its inception, the club has had a women's team, which was the only one in Slovenia for a long time, and had to look for partners abroad. In 1996 the team made their debut at the European Cup and took part in the Eurohockey Club Champions Challenge in Bra, Italy. A year later, Predanovci organized the same competition himself, becoming the first club in Slovenia to host a European Cup.
