Hackewitz
Hackewitz is the name of a noble family from Pomerania who were wealthy in Western Pomerania .
history
The family begins its line of tribe with the ducal Pomeranian chamberlain Franz Albrecht Hackwitz, who was enfeoffed in 1622 with Klein Ernsthof , Kräselin (now the desert ) and Gustebin near Wolgast . Before 1702 she owned the Tertialgut von Wusterhusen-Stevelin-Warsin. Cornett Franz Heinrich von Hackewitz was named in the Swedish reduction process. The von Hackewitz family remained in possession of the tertial estate until 1865, but had leased it. They sat at Wahlendow and Waschow with Lassan . The manor Wahlendow with the Pertinenz Weißmühl had been owned by Adalbert von Hackewitz since 1864. He inherited it from his father Carl Gustav von Hackewitz († May 1, 1864), who inherited it from his deceased uncle von Schwanefeld in 1821.
