Oat beer

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Oats beer is a fermented drink made from oats malt , often with the addition of barley malt, hops , yeast and water .

“The beer that is brewed from barley and Haber malt is less clogged /
doesn't make as much wind /
but nourishes less. The right, good brown barley beer nourishes people
and makes them fat. "

A variant of the oat beer is a slightly sour to slightly sweet tasting drink. The taste is somewhere between Berliner Weisse and Hefeweizen .
