architecture

In the northern urban expansion area, in a residential area exposed to urban development, between the New Water Tower and the Colorful Garden, there is a two-storey residential building on a rectangular floor plan with an extended mansard floor.

Elaborate plaster facade in expensive natural stone imitation. Highly developed basement with a separate entrance flanked by two rectangular windows. Asymmetrical facade structure with emphasis on the entrance axis by means of a slightly arched, two-storey bay window ; the right half of the house is taller and wider and characterized by a pointed triangular gable . Irregular window structure with rectangular windows of varying proportions. The three narrow openings of the bay are uniformly rectangular in shape on both floors; The three-part window on the mezzanine floor is formulated more broadly, while the two on the upper floor correspond to the usual vertical rectangular windows.

In the gable field three narrow openings grouped together; Above it a lying ox-eye and a single rectangular window in the vertical roof surface . The restrained, finely modeled stucco ornamentation is limited to a console-supported gable roofing of the entrance and vegetal parapet decorations in Art Nouveau forms .
