architecture
In the northern urban expansion area, in a residential area with exposed urban development, between the New Water Tower and the Colorful Garden , a plastered building of two storeys and an extended mansard floor stands on a rectangular floor plan.
Highly developed basement with garage on the right-hand side and flanking, standing ox-eye . Asymmetrical facade structuring with emphasis on the left entrance axis by means of a bay-like porch, which is raised to the eaves of the slate-covered mansard roof . The right section of the building is wider and taller; on the second floor or top floor accentuation by flat arched window bay windows and above the protruding eaves by a hipped gable .
Irregular window structure with different design. The openings in the bay window and the two on the first floor of the right-hand half of the house are designed as uniform rectangular windows. The mezzanine floor breaks through a single segmental arch window that corresponds to the three divided by wall posts of the second floor. The mansard storey illuminates a large rectangular window on the left, the gable two smaller ones in a close arrangement. The restrained stucco ornamentation is essentially limited to a console-supported gable roofing of the entrance, ear framing of the right mezzanine floor window adorned with keystones , flat imitation cornices and coffered parapet decorations.
