The Hagstrom Swede (also Hagström Swede ) is an electric guitar model by the Swedish musical instrument manufacturer Hagström , which was manufactured from 1970 to 1982 and which has been produced again in China since 2004 .

The Hagstrom Swede was played by well-known guitarists such as Daryl Stuermer , Larry Coryell and Jan Akkerman .

Appearance and sound

In terms of appearance, the Hagstrom Swede is based on the Gibson Les Paul . Thanks to the round cutaway , the asymmetrically shaped headstock and the two potentiometers , it is also recognizable .

The sound is warm and full, typical of doppelspulige pickup of humbucker type.
