Haig Yazdjian

Haig Yazdjian (* 1959 in Aleppo , Syria ) is an Armenian-born oud player , composer and singer.

He grew up in Syria as the son of Armenian parents and has lived in Greece since 1988. His first album, TALAR, was released in 1996. Yazdjian mixes Eastern Mediterranean music with Western musical tradition in his compositions.
