Haimo Kinzler
Haimo Kinzler (* 1960 in Göppingen ) is a German comic artist and author.
Life
Kinzler studied German , philosophy and rhetoric (with Walter Jens ) in Tübingen . In 1998 he was awarded the Max and Moritz Prize for the Wüttner comic series . In the Krigstein albums, Kinzler shows the war year 1945 from the perspective of anthropomorphic animals. He worked as a screenwriter for the television series Käpt'n Blaubär (based on a character by Walter Moers ) and wrote for the Fix and Foxi comics from 2006 to 2009 . In 2009 his children's book series Gustav was published in collaboration with Leo Leowald.
