Hajo Goertz

Hajo Goertz (* 1943 ) is a German journalist.

Goertz studied German, Catholic theology and philosophy and worked from 1974 to 1991 as editor, head of the service, department head and editor-in-chief at Rheinischer Merkur , the "Kirchenzeitung Köln", Die Welt and the Trierischer Volksfreund . He has been a freelance journalist and publicist since 1991 and works primarily for public radio. Since 2011 he has been chairman of the Bonn Journalists' Association. He lives in Bonn .
